Quarantine container for vehicle manufacturers and testing

Secure test vehicles with an unknown battery condition — lockable, relocatable, without a construction project.

Closed Dry Fire Con on a plant and testing site

After crash tests, endurance testing and battery tests, there is regularly a vehicle on site whose high-voltage battery has been subjected to mechanical or thermal stress. The Dry Fire Con provides a lockable, water-free space for it on any paved, level surface — without a foundation, without connections, and relocatable when the test location changes.

What counts on the plant site

In development, testing and production, the standards are different from those in retail: what matters is not the value of the individual vehicle, but what an incident means for production, the site and confidentiality.

The risk stays away from production

The most expensive damage is not the vehicle but the stopped line. A stressed test vehicle belongs in a closed, tested container — not on an open area next to a production hall, warehouse or charging infrastructure.

Lockable, no unauthorised access

The container is closed and lockable. Prototypes and pre-series vehicles stand inside it screened from view and secured — relevant wherever confidentiality is part of the project.

Set it down instead of building — ready in days

A permanent quarantine area means planning, authorities and waiting time. The container needs neither a foundation nor a fire water system nor a fire alarm system and is ready for use in days. Whether a permit or consultation with the authorities is required in an individual case depends on the applicable building regulations, the location and the use.

Relocatable when the location changes

Test campaigns move between the plant, the proving ground and external sites. The container is mobile and moves with them instead of being tied to one place.

Store and transport in one unit

Certified by TÜV SÜD for load securing to VDI 2700 Part 8 for vehicles up to 4,500 kg. The test vehicle can be transported onward in the container for analysis or recycling without being reloaded.

No fire water on site

Water-based methods produce contaminated fire water that has to be retained and disposed of as hazardous waste. The integrated collection trays and the dry AkkuGrain system avoid this follow-up effort.
